wurde in den USA gestern schleichend eingeführt. "Everyone wants to be in bills going into year-end." wurde ein Händler zitiert.
Die Angst vor der Deflation ist es, die die Investoren in Scharen in US-Staatspapiere treibt.
Die US-Treasury nutzte die Gunst der Stunde und gab für 30 Mrd. USD 1-Monats-Bills mit einem Zinssatz von 0,00% in den Markt, dazu weitere 27 Mrd. USD in 3-Monats-Bill, abgezinst mit 0,005% . Die tiefsten Sätze seit Beginn der Auktionen im Jahr 1929. Vorerst nur für kurze Laufzeiten. (Heute Abend Auktion für 10-jährige T-Notes!)
Beide Papiere stiegen nach der Emission im Handel noch leicht im Kurs, so das Anschlußkäufer hierüber erstmals sogar einen Negativzins realisieren!
Historisch bedeutsame Auktionen, daher hier und hier die links auf die Seiten der US-Treasury.
Nullzinsen auf Kurzläufer und Markterwartungen von weiteren Zinsschritten der FED in Richtung 0,25% noch in diesem Jahr. Dennoch gelten Staatsanleihen als derzeit sicherste Investition. Absurd.
Am Devisenmarkt zeigt der Dollar die einzig vernünftige Reaktion und legt im asiatischen Handel deutlich zu. Der Widerstand bei 1,3080 , das Hoch vom 25.11. wurde deutlich überschritten und sollte nun als Unterstützung für einen weitere Aufwärtsbewegung dienen. Kursziel auf der Oberseite nunmehr der Bereich 1.3260/80 , danach 1.3450.
Wobei eine vorherige Korrektur bis zum Ausbruchsniveau bei 1,3060 nicht auszuschliessen ist.
